As a HR professional (MAHRI) with more than 25 years in HR, leadership, and organisational development, I’ve worked with businesses and government organisations including Suncorp, Ergon Energy, Queensland Rail, and the Departments of Education and Health.

Over the years, I’ve helped organisations lift culture, performance, and engagement by delivering practical HR solutions that work in the real world — not just on paper.
