Pre-work: Before the day, we meet (online or in person) to agree on your top priorities. You’ll share any relevant documents or background information so I can prepare in advance and make the most of our time together.
On the day: I work on-site in your business, focusing on your agreed priorities. You’ll have one main point of contact (usually the owner or manager), with one or two check-ins during the day to confirm decisions and keep things moving.
Wrap-up: At the end of the day, we sit down together to review what’s been completed, walk through any new systems, documents, or tools, and identify practical next steps so momentum isn’t lost.
Optional add-on: A follow-up call two weeks later to troubleshoot questions and ensure your new systems are embedding smoothly.
