About Cathy

I’ve spent over 25 years in HR, leadership, and organisational development, partnering with businesses and government organisations across Queensland. I’ve seen firsthand how the right mix of people, systems, and support can transform a workplace — and the people within it.

Based in the Scenic Rim, I value being part of a region built on strong relationships, community, and small-business spirit. It felt important to make my HR and coaching experience accessible to the businesses that contribute so much to this community.

I created Scenic HR and Coaching to bring practical, down-to-earth HR support, leadership coaching, and team workshops to small and medium businesses across the Scenic Rim and surrounding areas - helping owners build clarity, capability, and confidence in their people practices.

It’s not about red tape or generic templates — it’s about creating people practices that fit your business, your team, and your values.
